Mind Body Intelligence® for Stressful Times

Would you like to learn how to meditate?
Mind Body Intelligence® is a unique combination of Buddhist and Western Psychology. Yoga and Qigong are an integral part of the practice,as well.
We will learn how to develop compassion in our inner worlds as we learn to work with our thoughts, fears and difficulties. We will also experience healing practices from Buddhism and Taoism.
The is an eight week program with weekly on-line meetings  and weekly assignments. Learn how to establish your own practice and create more inner peace and happiness.
Dr. Ellen Adelman is the creator of Mind Body Intelligence. She will be your teacher.

                                  4:15 to 5:30 on 5 Tuesdays
                             10/18, 10/25, 11/01, 11/08, and 11/15

  • We will meet weekly for 8 sessions, each will be 1.5 hours. 
    Learn to recognize the triggers and thoughts that lead you down the path to depression, through the lens of a child's mind. 
    MBI® techniques based in Compassion, Critical Witness work, mindful movement/Qigong and embracing the difficult, will help us on our journey.
    Previous MBI® training or other mindfulness practice is helpful.
