Discover the skills and tools to deepen your connection to your inner world, and so nurture compassion for yourself and others. MBI is unique because it teaches us to work with our thoughts as well as offering a path to become an agent for change in our inner world.

MBI is for anyone interested in beginning a mindfulness practice that reduces suffering and increases happiness for Mind, Body and Spirit.
Employing a variety of techniques from Western Psychology, Buddhist psychology, and mindful movement, MBI gives us a new perspective on wellness for the whole person!
Mental health practitioners can integrate MBI into their personal wellness practice and learn how to be a mindful presence when working with clients. Participants in MBI are more insightful and productive in their own therapy work!
