The M.Y.Qi practice nurtures health and well-being for body, mind and spirit. Lasting only 30 minutes or less, it can be customized to fit your day; serving as a daily mindfulness regime.
You will learn how these powerful tools can nurture mind, body, and spirit. And you’ll get to experience them firsthand

Meditation, Yoga and Qi gong.
The M.Y.Qi practice nurtures health and well-being for body, mind and spirit.
It lasts 30 minutes or less and can be customized to fit your day; serving as a daily mindfulness regime.
M for Meditation:
We begin with simple Concentration Meditation, centering our attention and focusing on the breath.
Y for Yoga:
Basic yoga poses help us stretch, relieve tension, and center our spiritual being.
Qi is for Qigong:
Qi is the native vital energy that flows throughout our body and mind. And Qigong means “energy work”.
This practice encourages the Qi to grow and move freely, healing Body, Mind, and Spirit.

MBI is for everyone interested in beginning or enhancing a mindfulness practice that reduces suffering and increases happiness for Mind, Body and Spirit.
Employing a variety of techniques from Western Psychology, Buddhist psychology, and mindful movement, MBI gives us a new perspective on wellness for the whole person!
Mental health practitioners can integrate MBI into their personal wellness practice and learn how to be a mindful presence when working with clients. Participants in MBI are more insightful and productive in their own therapy work!
