Mindfulness Training?

6Mindfulness techniques have been found to be effective in reducing anxiety, depression,and stress. People from all walks of life benefit from Mind Body Intelligence™ Practice. Research has also shown mindfulness practices  to be a powerful aid to patients with medical conditions ranging from hypertension, to cancer, heartdisease, fibromyalgia and other conditions of chronic pain.

For the first time these programs have been integrated with the principles of Western insight oriented Psychology so that trained mental health clinicians can be armed with this powerful tool in providing relief from both psychological and physical suffering. 

The MBI® program consists of an orientation session, a series of 6 classes, and a follow-up session. Together with the The MBI® program consists of an orientation session, a series of 6 classes, and a follow-up session. Together with the other members, the participants learn concentration meditation skills, mindfulness meditation skills, and healing-based mindful movement skills (Qigong and yoga).

The program also teaches the principles of Buddhist psychology, leading to increased compassion for oneself and others. The result is a significant decrease in emotional and physical symptoms, a deeper connection with one’s spirituality and a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in this life.
