What is Mind Body Intelligence?

The MBI® program consists of :
  • Orientation session  
  • 8 classes  
  • Follow-up sessions, as needed. Together with the other group members, participants learn mindful meditation skills and mindful movement (Yoga and Qigong). 
A deep sense of compassion  is nurtured for mind body and spirit.
MBI® is not a religion! The course teaches principles of Buddhist and Western Psychology, providing a new perspective on life that helps reduce stress. Most participants report a significant decrease in emotional and physical symptoms, a deeper connection with health, and a deeper sense of joy,and purpose in life.

Mind Body Intelligence™  is a unique integration of Western Psychology’s insight and cognitive-based therapies with mindfulness practice and Qigong (traditional Chinese Medicine). 


MBI® is only offered by licensed mental health professionals who have been specifically trained to teach MBI® or provide MBI® based psychotherapy.
People from all walks of life benefit from Mind Body Intelligence™ Practice. Mindfulness techniques have been found to be effective in:
