The MBI Group Experience
Mind Body Intelligence groups are a chance to begin or strengthen your meditation practice. The fee for the 8 week MBI® class is $350, unless you use insurance which changes the fee to 8 weeks of co-pay.
The class is a unique experience involving both concentration and insight meditation with a deep emphasis on developing the compassionate self.

We work with Qigong and yoga as well, to invite a loving/healing relationship with the Body.
Each group is somewhat different, based on the needs of the participants.
We aspire to teach a holistic, mindfulness approach in a psychologically healthy way.
And yes, there is time for discussion and questions!
The groups are small, about 7 to 9 members, and offer you the chance to experience the joy of community in a warm and comfortable setting.
Although many participants have issues with anxiety, stress, depression, or illness, MBI® groups are not traditional talk therapy groups. You can share as much or as little information about yourself as you choose.
Most importantly you will have the opportunity to develop real intimacy with your own mind, body and spirit. Through this process, anxiety, stress and depression decrease. A sense of happiness arises. Some physical problems diminish and others become more manageable. You may find a deeper connection to your own spirituality.
