Confirmations of registration will be sent via fax or e-mail. If you have not received confirmation of registration within 5 days of the program start, please call our office at 215-885-9700 to verify registration.
Cancellations received prior to 2 weeks before program start are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Later cancellations will be awarded a credit toward a subsequent program.
Problem Resolution
It is our sincere desire to present a quality training experience to our participants. If you are experiencing any difficulty during the course of training please inform us, so that we may be of assistance. If you have concerns that have not been resolved, please submit them in writing within seven days of the program. A determination will be made regarding a credit, partial or full refund. Thank you.
Special Needs
If you are disabled in some way and require assistance, please attach a description of your needs to your registration materials. These materials must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the program. Accommodations will be made based on the Americans for Disabilities Act, in accordance with the law.
Audio or videotaping of the training is not permitted.
