Sage Core Training
The Sage Healing Institute is dedicated to educating mental health professionals in the practice of Mind-Body Intelligence™. It is our conviction that the integration of Western psychotherapy principles and techniques with the principles of Buddhist psychology and mindful movement, offers healing to the whole person; Mind, Body and Spirit.
We feel deeply that trained mental health professionals are best equipped to provide these services.
The Sage Core Training Program is designed to both educate the professional and to help each clinician integrate MBI into their clinical practice and their personal lives. The certification program consists of four eight-week courses, and a practicum experience. PsyCare Solutions Inc, DBA The Sage Healing Institute courses are submitted for approval for continuing education from the governing bodies for continuing education.
Ongoing workshops and trainings will be available for graduates of core training, leading to group leader certification and teacher certification. Graduates are also eligible to become clinical members of the Sage Healing Institute. As members graduates will be able to receive patient referrals and have the opportunity to facilitate Mind Body Intelligence™ Groups.
Sage also hosts the Sage Healer’s Sangha (a mindful community of licensed healers). We meet once a month to practice mindfulness and Qigong and nurture a warm and supportive community.Membership is free of charge.

The Sage Healing Institute also provides a range of other approved continuing education courses for mental health professionals such as: Working with Difficult Patients, Marital and Family Therapy Techniques and The Interface of Psychology and Medicine.
