  • Acquire a basic understanding of the Mind Body Intelligence treatment approach and its relationship to Buddhist Psychology.
  • Experience a number of treatment techniques,including concentration meditation, and insight meditation.
  • Understand how MBI can integrate with your existing skills and therapeutic techniques.
  • Engage in discussion with colleagues  to explore problem cases and situations.
  • Learn how to integrate Mbi practices into your own personal care regime.
        3 CE's for licensed mental health clinicians.
